Ciro was an American manufacturer who began making TLR cameras in Detroit prior to WWII. The Ciro-flex was a series of 6x6 TLRs made by them from 1941. All are of similar appearance and operation. They later moved production to Delaware, Ohio.

In 1949 they produced the Ciro 35. The design came from the Cee-ay 35, a camera made by Chicago's Candid Camera Corporation who were taken over by Ciro.

The Ciro company's camera lines were bought out by Graflex in the early 1950s. Graflex continued to use the Ciro 35 name until producing their own version in 1955, known as the Graflex Graphic 35.
